AVCable custom fabrication service streamlines interactive classroom installation time at Notre Dame University for Vista Presentation Solutions.
When Vista Presentation Solutions, a division of Office Interiors, won the coveted assignment of designing and installing 20 interactive lecture hall presentation systems for Notre Dame University, they faced a daunting 100 hours of on-site wire assembly alone! Seeking to streamline and simplify their on-site labor requirements and shorten the installation time for the client, Vista turned to AVCable to produce pre-fabricated cable harnesses that provide “plug and play” on-site assembly. The resulting harness systems were not only more aesthetically pleasing, easier to install and easier for university staff to maintain, but were considerably more cost efficient for Vista, saving them approximately $4000 in on-site labor costs as well as cost of materials.
