Shipping

AVCable.com ships most orders within 2 business days from the time of your order. If your requirement is urgent please call to confirm availability and lead time. Orders will be shipped by the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the order total unless other arrangements are made. Order are shipped Monday through Friday only, time in transit quoted refers to business days (i.e. next day air will be delivered on the next Business Day after shipment).

Freight damage

If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping please retain the box, packing materials, and merchandise intact. Call our customer service department at 815-468-2390 as soon as possible to place a claim.

Payment, sales tax, and pricing

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pre-paid check, COD, or Net 30 upon approval of open account application. A credit application is available by calling 815-468-2390 and requesting one from a sales representative, or click here to download a pdf version.

Orders shipped to Illinois addresses will have 6.5% sales tax added unless a copy of the customers tax exempt certificate is on file with AVCable.

International orders

AVCable.com currently only accepts orders to the United States (including APO orders), its territories, and Canada. All orders of international origin are exported from the U.S. in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Payment for international orders is by Visa, mastercard, American Express, Cashiers Check in U.S. fund, or Wire Transfer only. The standard shipping method for international orders is EMS (express mail service) unless other arrangements are made.

Returns

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. Return the product and proof of purchase to AVCable within 30 days for credit or refund of original purchase price (does not include shipping and handling) — no restocking charge. Product must be returned in original condition.Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number indicating you wish to return the order for a credit. Custom Orders returned will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Limited warranty

Products Manufactured by AVCable-

AVCable warrants all products we manufacture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. We will at our option either repair or replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use this product for it's intended purpose. The returned product must be accompanied by proof of purchase or warranty is void. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others which vary from state to state. In no event shall AVCables' liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall AVCable be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Products Not Manufactured by AVCable-

Products distributed, but not manufactured by AVCable are covered by the original manufacturers warranty. Please contact your sales representative for warranty details on these products.
